The Verandah Women's Social Club was created to bring women together through friendship, laughter, and memorable experiences. From cherished annual traditions to exciting new events, we strive to create opportunities for meaningful connections, celebrate the talents of our members, and enrich the Verandah community.
Eva Fix, President
Eva is a seasonal resident of Verandah since 2013, spending the remainder of her time in Edina, MN. She is married to Ralph and has two children and four grandchildren. She is retired after a 36-year career as an Executive Assistant to CEO at a Fortune 500 company in MN.
Lolly Dentkos, Treasurer
Lolly became a full-time Verandah resident in 2015 moving from the Cleveland, OH area. She is a window with two children, three grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. She retired as a supervisor at the Cleveland Clinic in the division of finance after 25 years of service.
Stephanie Newman, Membership Director
Stephanie and her husband Jim bought in Verandah in 2012 and became full-time residents in 2018. They reside on River Point Drive wit their adorable lab Lizzy.
Lorie St Lawrence, Consultant
Lorie was a 10-year resident of Verandah before relocating to Port Charlotte. She continues to work on the VWSC leadership team to plan events and handle technology. Lorie works full-time as a project manager, facilitator, and performance coach for financial institutions.
